PENDAFTARAN ONLINE
1.1 Pendaftaran tidak dipungut biaya. Namun apabila Saudara tergerak ambil bagian menabur untuk kegerakan ini dapat melakukan melalui rek BCA 0091556412 an Anton KS or Ferdieca DM.
1.2 Penerimaan pendaftaran akan diterima menurut jumlah kuota tersedia.
1.3 Panitia tidak menerima pemesanan kuota pendaftaran (tidak menerima booking)
1.4 Untuk Kode Konfirmasi akan dikirimkan melalui Whatapps terdaftar dalam waktu 1 x 24 Jam setelah Saudara melakukan pendaftaran. Jika lebih dari waktu 1 x 24 jam setelah anda mendaftar dan anda masih belum mendapatkan E-Ticketnya silahkan anda menghubungi kami.
1.5 Pendaftar dinyatakan sebagai peserta conference setelah melakukan pendaftaran dan mendapatkan whatapps konfirmasi dari panitia berupa E-Ticket
1.6 WA pendaftar harus sesuai karena Etiket akan dikirimkan melalui WA

PEMBATALAN PENDAFTARAN
2.1 Pengalokasian atau penggantian pendaftar dapat menghubungi panitia melalui WA Only| Farrell +62 895-3055-2704 , setidaknya 7 hari pemberitahuan sebelumnya dari pergantian yang diusulkan.

ACARA
3.1 Semua hak dalam dokumentasi, bahan yang diterbitkan atau disediakan sebagai bagian dari konferensi (termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada paket dokumentasi atau rekaman audio atau audio-visual konferensi) dimiliki oleh panitia. Peserta tidak dapat menggandakan atau mempublikasikan tanpa izin dari pihak panitia dalam bentuk apapun seperti fotografi, film atau rekaman.
3.2 Peserta tidak diijinkan mengambil keuntungan secara pribadi maupun kelompok dalam bentuk apapun melalui acara ini.
3.3 Peserta tidak diperkenankan memperbanyak paket dokumentasi atau rekaman audio atau audio-visual yang dibeli saat konferensi.
3.4 Peserta tidak diijinkan melakukan plagiarisme terhadap semua konten acara.
3.5 Peserta tidak diijinkan mengirimkan, ulang, mengedarkan atau menyediakan Materi kepada orang lain.

TANGGUNG JAWAB
4.1 Peserta harus mentaati setiap tata tertib yang diberikan oleh panitia selama acara berlangsung.
4.2 Panitia akan menindak lanjuti peserta yang melakukan tindakan diluar batas norma dan hukum yang berlaku dengan melapor kepada pihak yang berwajib.

REGISTRATION
1.1 Registration is free of charge. However, if you would like to contribute to this movement, you can do so via BCA account 0091556412 Anton KS or Ferdieca DM.
1.2 Registration acceptance will be based on the available quota.
1.3 The committee does not accept reservation of registration quota (no bookings accepted).
1.4 The Confirmation Code will be sent via registered email and WhatsApp within 24 hours after you register. If more than 24 hours have passed since you registered and you still have not received your E-Ticket, please contact us.
1.5 Registrants are considered participants of the conference after completing the registration and receiving confirmation via email and WhatsApp from the committee in the form of an E-Ticket.
1.6 The registrant's email must be correct because the E-Ticket will be sent via email.
1.7 The registrant's WhatsApp number must be correct because the E-Ticket will be sent via WhatsApp.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION
2.1 To allocate or replace a registrant, please contact the committee via WhatsApp only | Farrell +62 895-3055-2704 , with at least 7 days' notice of the proposed change.

EVENT
3.1 All rights to documentation, materials published or provided as part of the conference (including but not limited to documentation packages or audio or audio-visual recordings of the conference) belong to the committee. Participants may not duplicate or publish in any form, such as photography, film, or recordings, without permission from the committee.
3.2 Participants are not allowed to personally or collectively profit in any form from this event.
3.3 Participants are not permitted to reproduce documentation packages or audio or audio-visual recordings purchased at the conference.
3.4 Participants are not allowed to plagiarize any event content.
3.5 Participants are not allowed to transmit, redistribute, circulate, or make the materials available to others.

RESPONSIBILITY
4.1 Participants must comply with any rules provided by the committee during the event.
4.2 The committee will follow up on participants who engage in behavior outside the norms and applicable laws by reporting them to the authorities.
